Touch is extremely powerful. Anything from stress to injury can be helped into healing by touch. My goal is to maintain a safe, clean, comfortable, professional, and (very importantly) relaxing atmosphere. My top priority is to improve quality of life in a gentle, caring way. I will do everything in my power to rise to expectations and conduct our communication, whether it be through voice or touch, in a manner you see fit.

Human contact is necessary for both mental and physical health. We need connection, caring, and love in our everyday lives and it is a tragedy that many of us go without the contact we need. Going without that gentle contact can put stress on the mind and make everything just a little bit harder to deal with.

Having a safe escape from daily life can be the difference between coping and thriving. Massage can be that escape. Its time out of the day to just slow down, breathe, relax, and allow your body to heal. More and more, medical science is discovering that mental stress is a large factor in healing from disease, so now, more than ever, all of us need a  way to let go.

The list of benefits for massage could go on and on, but to name a few: improved circulation, reducing pain, breaking up muscle adhesions, stretching and broadening the fibers in the muscle, softening and releasing the connective tissue, milking out the metabolic wastes and toxins from the muscles and tissue, improved joint function, rehabilitation after injury or surgery, breaking up scar tissue, relaxing tense muscles, and bringing calm to the mind, body, and soul.

Touch is extremely powerful.
