Relaxing and stress relieving, Swedish Massage is the most common type of massage and uses traditional Swedish techniques.
This is primarily what I use as a massage technique. Swedish massage has many benefits, the pressure and technique that is used creates relaxation and breaks up mild to moderate knots (or adhesions). A Swedish massage realigns the fascia and muscles which stimulates blood flow, and carries toxins out of the soft tissue where they have been trapped. It also helps to open the passageways in the tissues for more lymphatic flow.
This massage is recommended for anyone, especially if you’ve never had a massage or would just like to relax.
